Free U.S. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with a tracking number.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-9 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs where applicable).

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package once it's on its way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, email us at {{ shop.email }} within 7 days and we'll sort it out — a replacement or a refund, your choice.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship outside the United States. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
